Method of Payment- Standard reservations require an advance deposit of $250.00 received within 14 days of the reservation request. If we do not receive the deposit within 14 days the reservation will be cancelled. Final payment, which includes the balance of the rental amount and a $250.00 security deposit is required 30 days prior to check-in. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days prior to check-in. Any monies paid less than 30 days prior to check-in must be in certified funds (cashiers checks, certified checks or money orders). Refund-- If you must cancel your confirmed reservation, regardless of reason (bad weather, economic reasons, illness, etc) and the unit is not re-rented you will forfeit your advance deposit. If the unit is re-rented your advance deposit will be refunded. Weather Related Emergencies-- Tropical storms and hurricanes are natural occurrences all along the southeastern coast. Should a tropical storm or hurricane require the mandatory evacuation of Horry County coastal areas, your money will be refunded for any days a mandatory evacuation is in effect. |

Our condo has its own laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The central heating and air conditioning will keep you cool on those warm South Carolina days. All linens and towels, except beach towels, are supplied. There are two beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided for your use. Included with your payment is a departure maid service. This does not include the laundry. Bedding (sheets, pillow cases) and towels must be cleaned prior to your checkout. The complex has two elevators for access to the second and third floors. Charcoal barbecues are provided by the complex for those who enjoy cooking out. We have ample, private, off street parking for all our guests. Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM. The unit is inspected between 10:00AM and 3:00PM on check out days. Pricing will vary depending on week selected. All funds quoted are in US dollars. We do not rent our unit to anyone under the age of twenty five (25). No house parties are allowed. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the premises Our condo is a NON SMOKING home. |
